Written and narrated by Leonid Parfenov and directed by Sergei Nurmamed, the documentary trilogy discusses the history of Russian Jewry in the 20th century. The trilogy premiered in the United States in February-March 2018, with screenings in New York, Washington, D.C., Boston and Miami. Its third installment, Russian Jews. After 1948, was awarded the 2018 Laurel Branch for “Best Popular Science, Educational Film” (Lev Nikolaev Award).
